These guys are the real deal. I spoke with John initially. I sent over a few pictures of the inside and outside and where I wanted the windows placed, figured out what style window etc, and moved along from there. They called and had electrical, propane, location of anything in the ground figured out days before they even got here. I ran into some trouble with my location of the window and my outside electrical box. These men told me exactly who to get a hold of, and even worked through the problem with me, even though that wasn't something they had to do. They were all extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process, respected my house as if it was theirs. I'd recommend them to anyone, and have already. They gave me a fair price, the install was completed professionally, and the clean up outside was great. They did exactly as discussed.
